Grammars:

※　with short Adj: add "er"

S1 + tobe + Adj-er + than + S2

※ with long Adj: use "more"

S1 + tobe + more + Adj + than + S2

Examples:

1. China is larger than Vietnam

中国はベトナムより広いです（ベトナムより中国のほうが広いです）

Trung Quốc rộng hơn Việt Nam

2. She is more beautiful than her morther

彼女はお母さんよりきれいです/ Cô ấy đẹp hơn mẹ 

3. He is more handsome than his friend.

彼は彼の友達よりハンサムです/ Anh ấy đẹp trai hơn bạn
